Why do you have to apply?

We want you to be able to create your digital marketing & sales strategy during the Academy and then immediately start implementing it. Since all participants work together intensively for more than 10 weeks, the Academy team should fit perfectly. We need to understand your expectations, background and role. We will provide you with information on the costs in the introductory interview.

This is how the Inbound Growth Academy is structured

In 5 one-day work sessions we work on your inbound growth strategy, in a small circle with a maximum of 8 participants in the BEE.Hive at the Mühle Tiefenbrunnen, Zurich. The result: Each participant has his or her own personal gameplan on hand and can immediately start implementing the marketing and sales campaigns.

After receiving your application, we will put together the Academy Team. You will receive the exact Academy dates, all learning content and a preparation sheet. Above all, it is about defining your expectations, challenges and goals.

Step 2: Worksessions

In 5 one-day work sessions we go through all learning content. Each topic is presented and explained using a real case. Then we immediately start the implementation and adaptation to your own case, always with a BEE coach at your side.

Step 3: Homework & Coaching

More complex topics require a little more time to work them out for your case and gather all the information from your company. After each work session you will receive your homework - template created to work efficiently. Our BEE coaches will help you in 1:1 sessions.

Step 4: Finalisation of Gameplan & Certification

After the 5 work sessions and implementation of your homework, all components for your digital marketing & sales strategy are complete - summarised in your personal gameplan. All tasks, activities, campaigns, as well as analyses, are recorded and result controls are defined, in some cases already set up during the Academy. You will receive a certificate for active participation in the Academy.
